Bought and paid for house. months late recieved 30 day possition notice letter. 2 days before move in date was informed that it would not be ready on time and would be an unknown period of time to completion. Was told that it was not there problem as it was there office staff that made a mistake. Months later finally gained possetion. Still did not have driveway or appliances. Window back leaked, cabinets did not have doors and paid for extras were not present. Do not expect them to follow up on any warranty issue at all. After many many phone calls my issues are still not dealt with and they are not getting done any faster by new home warranty. It has been more than 1 1/2 years since we gained possetion and there are still major issues. Note that in 2006 his website falsely was advertising that he was a member of the edmonton home builders association which he is not.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Be proactive in resolution of warranty issues. Do not talk down to home buyers after getting there money.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Keep a LARGE holdback regardless of what the builder tells you until you have the work FULLY completed. IE saying that they will come back to resolve some minor issue is not enough.
