Approx. 3months ago my family and I purchased a new home. our as we would call it was a diamond in the ruff but it did need some upgrades. we decided that the first move was to renovate the kitchen so we decided that the best way to go was to get granite put in. I went to shop around and found that many places were over priced and not very knowledgeable in the field. I then took to the web to research the best companies out there and stumbled upon Crystal Tile & Marble. my husband and I decided that we would pop in and see what they had to offer. Upon arriving at Crystal we were greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Claudio who was a shop worker who assisted us in picking out material and answered any questions we had. I respected the fact that he took the time out to assist us and was very knowledgeable and answered the million and one questions we had. I likes that this transaction felt comfortable and that we were confident in our purchase. The counter and backsplash was installed shortly after and the finished product was beautiful. The installers were respectful and did amazing work. The work was done In a timely manner and within the time frame promised. Since then we have received so many compliments on our kitchen. I would recommend Crystal Tile & Marble to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty and piece of mind that the job will get done and get done correctly.
