As a mother with a newborn and a two year, getting news during the winter season that you need a new heat exchanger or furnace is not good news. The contractor that came to conduct a maintenance earlier in the day relayed this news to me and told me that my heat will be turned off due to a carbon monoxide poisoning risk. I scrambled to obtain a HVAC professional that was reasonable and can complete the work ASAP. I was thankful that LeRoy from LBP Heating and Air Conditioning was on the other end when I called. He listened to my problem and provided me with valuable information so I can make an informed decision. He quickly arrived as promised to complete the work and was very professional and appeared very knowledgeable as he kept me in the loop throughout the process.
