We are glad we used the services of Plumbers Direct recently. Our main drain was blocked with sewage pouring into the basement. Paul and his crew were there within the hour and contained the situation and wet vacuumed the spilled debris. They snaked and put a camera down the floor drain and confirmed that there were no other problems in the line for us to be concerned about. This was done promptly and in a very cost effective way. Since it was after midnight I thought the charges might have been accelerated but they stuck to their flat rate pricing. Thank you for that. We were then informed about the city rebate program for the install of sewage prevention valves to protect our home from city flooding.
