Tyler and his crew are fantastic! His quote was bang on, he is a perfectionist with his work and it definitely shows! Beautiful work with some little touches that just made the results better than I had hoped for. Tyler and his crew were professional, friendly and they had all of the work done a great deal faster than I had expected. They didn't even mind our two huge dogs! I wish that I could give Hayden and his guys 10 stars! I had called a couple of the larger Calgary companies and could not get an appointment until 10 days from today and we were worried as our chandeliers chain had detached and all that was holding it in place was the cord that was threaded into our attic space. I went onto Homestars and saw Caper Electrical. I spoke with Hayden and he was able to come to our home within the hour. The job turned out to be far more detailed than initially thought, but they fixed it for us with no hesitation, all the while answering our kids many questions! They were friendly, thorough and saved us and our home from a potentially dangerous situation. Our heroes for sure! We will be calling them for ALL of our future electical work! Great service, prompt and friendly. Andy was very personable, offered good advice and did a great job, cleaning up beautifully afterwards. He went over his work with me and showed me how to get to the gunk that had built up in our drain basket without resorting to harsh chemical use. Price was very reasonable too (I had called around for quotes prior to booking). Very glad that I gave Ducky's Drains a call, and will definitely be calling again in the future whenever we need a plumber. Thanks again Andy!

We contracted MD Plumber to do a furnace maintenance and to help with a three slow drains and a smelly kitchen drain in our home. The man sent out was a furnace guy and not a plumber, therefore couldn't do the drain snaking as we originally asked for and was just given an agent to pour down the drains which worked on two of the three and did nothing to help the smell in the kitchen. The furnace maintenance was done with so far no concerns hence the 1 star given. We were told that Morley would come by that night to look at the kitchen sink which was still slow and smelly, and to give us the invoice for work done. He was a no show. 2wks passed before we heard from them and were given the excuse of them being busy etc, but that Morley would "make it a priority" to come and deal with the unfinished work. 3 more weeks passed with no word, but then a bill for $600 arrived in the mail for the furnace work and the bottles of drain cleaner that had been used. We paid to get rid of them. We had already called another company for help and the issue had needed an actual plumber and was fixed within 24hrs of calling them for a very reasonable price. I would never recommend MD Plumber to anyone after this terrible lack of professionalism.

We had a terrible experience with another plumbing service and called Pete the Plumber for help. Not only did they show up when they said that they would, they called to see if they could come earlier, which was great for us. The plumber was professional, thorough and honest. He told us about a part being under lifetime warranty and therefore didn't charge us for repair of it... something we wouldn't have known. We will definitely be calling Pete for any further plumbing/furnace needs!
