We used Andrew Sebastian to completely renovate our home in NW DC. We found Andrew to be an extremely nice and pleasant person (along with most of his crew), but in our view he was also very disorganized and we were ultimately left dissatisfied with his work. We paid Andrew a significant sum of money for our home remodel project, which included an addition on the back of our home. After we gave him one of the final payments, he simply disappeared. He has not responded to any calls or e-mails, which we consider to be extremely unprofessional. His work is supposed to be under warranty, but as he has been completely unresponsive, we have been forced to pay out of pocket for other contractors to fix work performed by Andrew and his subcontractors. Although he is a very nice guy, unfortunately we cannot recommend him as he does not appear to stand by his work. Had we known this from the beginning, we would have opted for another contractor.
