Poor customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable - one of the staff members sold me a roofing product that I later found out was not suited to my application. A custom eavestrough that was made was not to specifications after I carefully reviewed it with them twice.
I couldn't be happier that I went with Alex and his company to install our new front door. The quality of the door was excellent and the cost was very competitive - less than any other quotes we received for the same door. The door and trim came exactly as ordered without any issues and the lead time was accurate. The best part was the installation, which was perfect in every single detail including some custom trim to match our existing interior trim. His guys were very courteous - they kept the house spotless and were careful not to damage anything. I have already recommended Alex to a number of neighbours that were impressed with how good the new door looks. He is a stand-up, honest contractor that does the highest quality work. Dave
