We are very happy with the work that was done. Mike was professional when giving us the quote and was able to start quite quickly. He and Andre arrived to do the job when he said they would and actually completed the job earlier than we thought. Each day they cleaned up before they left and provided me an update. Very professional and courteous and just nice people to be around. We are using Ionia again for a built in wall unit.

A/C in my condo was not working. Northwood came to repair it. Said my thermostat was broken so they put in a temporary one and would come back to put in one that was better for my condo. A week later A/C did not work again. They came back and put in a thermostat that looked exactly like the original that was there. I now have two small holes created by the temporary one they put in. Told me I needed a new compressor or a new unit and that they would get back to me. This was in September. I followed up 2x. Once via phone a week later and was told someone would call me with a quote and again a mont later via emai. I guess my job was too small. A bit frustrating since I had to take time off work and have the holes in the wall. The only positive thing I have to say is that John the technician was very professional and courteous.

I called Paul on Tuesday for a quote and he was able to come by the next day to install a large shelf onto a concrete wall in my condo. He was on time and courteous. Since I lack any handywork knowledge, Paul even took the time to explain what each of the tools were meant for and answered every question I had - I'm curious by nature so I had many! I would definitely recommend Paul to friends.

I called Alex last week for a quote on 10 pot lights for my condo. His price was great and the timing was perfect - they were able to finish the job in a matter of hours. The guys were courteous and professional and very, very neat! I am very happy with the way everything looks and would definitely use them again if I needed any lighting done.
