We had a really squeaky floor in our upper hallway (strip hardwood). We have 2 small children and hoped to stop walking on eggshells and waking them with the noise. Lev was very nice... i did notice that a LOT of the conversation we had was with regards to how to minimize cracking after the squeakd were fixed. A LOT of conversation. I should have followed my gut and not wasted out money. Once the floor was covered in holes and patched there were no more squeaks. But now the wood cant move AT ALL. So when wood is stressed and cant flex... it makes a cracking noise. Its as bad or worse than the squeaking issue, and we spent SO much money. I cant tell you how disappointed I am in the experience and how bothered I am by the lost money. Every time I walk the hall I am reminded of what an absolute waste of time and money that was. The worst is how I talked my husband into it, and how skeptical he was... and how I will now hear about it for as long as we own this home. Ultimately so much more than disappointed with the results... we are worse of than when we contracted them.
