I’d used Victoria & Co before, years ago. And called them yesterday to see about cleaning a sectional couch that was nearly 10 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. Donald and his son Rohit (it’s a family-owned business) arrived on time, and were efficient, meticulous. I’m thrilled with the work they did, and thinking I’ll have two area rugs done next week using their Pickup and Delivery service.

Tom had a quick response to my initial message, and kept it to email too (yay!). Tom (and Tommy) arrived on time, explained my options clearly, were tidy and quick in replacing the lock and even gave me an extra key. Job done, thank you.
