We were with Cosmopolitan for a number of years and were satisfied. Customer service and responsiveness declined drastically in the last year. We requested a refund and were told it would be done, then they ghosted us. Their business practices are terrible. Don’t bother.

Mr Ather came out on a very snowy and treacherous day in response to our furnace not working - he was polite, knowledgeable, and explained all the issues and his work in detail, and answered all my questions. The furnace is now working great. Thank you!

Thank you to Maya, Jose, Ben and Will for an excellent job replacing badly worn bricks, and upgrading our window sills to limestone. Even though it was a small job, it has completely upgraded the look of our home. They went above and beyond for customer service, including driving back to the stone supplier when I changed my mind at the last minute. Hercules movers was amazing. They moved a piano and freezer from an apartment to my house this past June 2017. They were meticulous with wrapping and moving my piano (and this feedback was from the person whose apartment they were moving it from, who has moved over 10 times in his life and is very particular about his belongings and getting things done right!). They also covered their shoes and laid down runners so as not to dirty or damage the floors. They really took their time and were incredibly professional. I would recommend whole-heartedly!

We have a protection plan with Cosmopolitan and were due for a furnace/AC service. Employee Ather H. came to our house and was very professional, explained all of the details and mechanics of what he was doing, and made helpful suggestions without my feeling pressured. He really spent the time to make sure everything was as it should be. I would definitely recommend Ather and Cosmopolitan!
