Fedri arrived at arranged time on a very rainy day but went ahead and completed the cleaning of the basement carpet efficientlly. It looks like new and is certainly fresher than before. I would not hesitate in referring this firm to my friends , neighbours or relatived.

Kitchen removal and renovation
From start to finish this company did a fantastic job on our kitchen reno. They did what we wanted (very unusual we found) and made very useful suggestions about what not to do. Gregory and his crew are masters who looked after all the petty details and did not quit until the job was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would be very confident in recommending Alex and his staff at Kitchen Land to our friends.

Sliding doors and french doors
Two sets of doors were removed and new ones installed on our townhouse. The new doors look fantastic and function very well also. The salesman was very helpful and the two installers did an expert job. We have already recommended New Look to a neighbour who is doing the same to her townhouse.

Updating valves and installing a water pressure regulator
Todd came to our house on two separate occasions to relpace old valves with modern ball valves. While he was here he tested the water pressure and it was very high so he returned to install a water pressure regulator. On each occasion he was courteous, clean and tidy and most of all very competent. He is always keen to explain things and to make suggestions whenever appropriate which is something i appreciate. I was very happy with the work done and would readily recommend this firm.

Upgrade potlights and sundry electrical issues
Hossein and his crew showed up promptly and got right to work. They relocated a chandelier, installed two new potlights, replaced an outdoor receptacle, upgraded eleven existing potlights and installed a timer on our outdoor lights. All of this work plus cleanup was done in less than two hours. Hossein explained everything as he went along and was eager to know that we were satisfied with the work. The price was very reasonable and we were very pleased over all. We will call on Potlight Experts again for all of our electrical needs.

I asked Mark to remove several limbs from mature trees to allow more for light and also to prune some Japanese maples, a beech tree and a crimson king maple both to open them up and also to improve their general shape. All of this was done ably and competently at a very reasonable cost. In all, we were very pleased and plan to have them back next spring for some more pruning, etc.

The entire experience from visting the showroom to completion of the installation of the new hardwood was excellent. Debbie did an outstanding job of handling all the details from sample selection to contracts to arranging times for installation. Reliable came to Mississauga to pick up my Indian carpet even though they do not normally service this area which was fantastic. They did a thorough job of cleaning at a reasonable price -the colours in the wool look vibrant now. The carpet was delivered to us promptly as well.

After the long winter I found a whole in my garage floor which had opened up to reveal a cavity beneath. Glen came promptly with the required materials and patched the hole much to my satisfaction. This is the second time I have employed his skills, the first was a drywall repair, and I was very pleased on both occasions.
Cleaned all outdoor windows on my two story house. Did an excellent job with no fuss and no mess. I would not hesitate to give this company my highest recommendation. They will be asked to return next season.
