Sergio came to install my counter-top on Saturday, July 17, 2021. One side of the counter-top is lower than the other side (see photo). I notified him, he said will come at 4 pm on Tuesday to remove it and make amendment. He did not show up, I called him, he said there is nothing he can do about it, I should adjust the wheel of my stove. As I was trying to explain that the stove wheel has nothing to do with it, he hung up on me.
