We chose Crodon Kitchen and Bath Centre because they are a well-established, local business with an excellent reputation. We knew from the minute we stepped into their showroom that Crodon would get our business even though they were the fifth contractor we visited. The staff at Crodon made us feel very comfortable. Every person we met that first day was cheerful. The principal owner/designer, Russ Woodward, came to our home and we explained what we were trying to achieve. Russ made alternate suggestions, much to our surprise, that were spectacular! He came back when promised with the drawings of our potential new kitchen and "knocked our socks off". We signed the contract and work began with an estimation of eight weeks to completion. Every employee and contractor who came into our home was respectful and pleasant. They cleaned up their messes each and every day and Russ stayed in touch to ensure that we were happy with the progress. The kitchen renovation was completed one week early and it is gorgeous! We were so pleased with their work that we had them complete a few small touches in our main floor 3-piece bath. A short time late we had Crodon renovate our laundry room to include a full bathroom. Once again the entire job was done to our complete satisfaction and within budget and the technicians were still pleasant. Crodon delivers what they say they will. I've attached a couple of "Before & After" pictures of both projects but it is very difficult to capture the essence of beauty in just a couple of photographs.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Absolutely nothing in my opinion.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Go to Crodon, do not even bother checking out any other contractors. They will do it all for you; discussion, design, and completion - on time!

Knowing the ages of both our mid-efficiency furnace (16 yrs) and our air conditioning unit (19 yrs) and considering other home renovations we were completing, my wife and I decided to have Reliance come to our home and advise us on heating and cooling options. The consultant's name was Amy Anderer. She came to our home as a friend, not a sales person. Amy professionally provided answers to all of our questions and made her recommendations. Not one detail was missed throughout the entire installation and there were other contractors working around our home at the same time. Perhaps a little more than a year after the project was completed I had a couple of questions for Amy and I felt that perhaps an email would suffice. My concern was answered within minutes and a solution was presented which was more than satisfactory. Amy had the Reliance Service Department contact me to set up an appointment. The time and date were perfect for me and the technician was here when he said he would be. The check-up, repair and filter issue were corrected at no cost to me. Amy Anderer has proven to be the kind of a sales person who does not forget her clients once the job is finished. Thank you, Amy. You are a joy to deal with. Reliance has proven to be the kind of a company I will continue to do business with.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Nothing readily comes to mind and I was in the service and repair industry for my entire career. Reliance has the right formula.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Call Reliance first and save themselves a lot of trouble.
