We are a non-profit organization so it is essential that we get the work done at a reasonable price but I also expect high quality work (I am a bit of a perfectionist!) John was very professional, all work was done to my high standards, he creatively found solutions to some design problems (old building), all work was done on time, well cleaned up and worked around our business hours. The quotes were accurate. He was also great in keeping me up to date on all of the stages of work. He met deadlines for completion and overall we are very pleased with all the work performed and have recommended Sharpe Improvements to others. I was also confident in giving him keys and alarm codes to our buildings to complete work after hours.
