I decided to try Avenue Roofing after having bad luck with the no name companies. Their initial estimate was much higher than I was willing to spend, but they took other estimates into consideration and matched the price.
I had a skunk decide to take residence under my house 3 days before closing the sale of the home. I was under a timeline and stated this before the job. Knowing this they dug out trenches and dealt with the problem immediately. All went well with the sale of the home thanks to GTA Wildlife.
I called Aubrey in to fix a leaking washing machine. Without wasting my time and money he quickly assessed the cost of repair was going to be much higher than the replacement. I appreciated his honesty.
Built In Entertaiment Unit and Shelving
Bernard came by the house to give us a quote on a built-in entertainment shelving unit. He was prompt and professional. We had a budget and he worked with it. A true craftsmen, he took great pride in his work and its shows. We will be calling on him soon.
We wanted to change a bathroom sink without modifying our existing counter. This proved to be a slight problem but Valentin persevered and came up with a solution that worked very well.(It did involve me running to Shoppers Drug Mart and buying silver nail polish. LOL) His price was fair, he thoroughly cleaned up after himself and even wore shoe coverings as to not track dirt on our floor! I would not hesitate to use him again. A real tribute to the HomeStars community!
Matt, the owner/operator of Son Plumbing, provided excellent service from my initial phone call to completion of the job. Although the work to be completed was not a huge undertaking, Matt was effcient and did not balk at having to come downtown for a small job. Would not hesitate to hire him again.
