Our basement flooded really suddenly..I called Terry and he came so quickly to address our problem. He explained that we needed to be waterproofed and a sump installed. Terry explained every step of the process. He gave us a very fair price, and fit us in within a few days. He and his crew arrived as scheduled, on time. Their work was unbelievably tidy. They did the job as described and left the work site spotless, and fixed!! I will recommend this firm to anyone who is looking! We hired this firm to clean our ducts which had never been cleaned in 64 years. We purchased this house 3 years ago and had extensive reno done. We knew the ducts would be disgusting, and they were! Ali and Nick were great. They explained all that they were doing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and tidy. A pleasure to have in our home. Ali explained so much stuff to us, and did many extra things for no charge. I would definitely refer them for a great Job....

Kens work was very well done. His price was very fair. He did our very large project in 3 phases to suit our renovation schedule. He always arrived at the same time and his work was never over budget. His price did not increase from his original quote. Aside from his professionalism, Ken was a pleasure to have in our home for each of the 3 projects. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone and I know that they would not be disappointed.
