tech didn't even pull the machine out to look, it was a drainage hose that a mouse bit into, a $10 part he wanted over $200 for labour. I kicked him out and fixed it myself for $10.00 I had to pay the $80.00 service charge for no service. I called them to complain but it fell on deaf ears. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent work, Walter and his nephew were fantastic at follow up. We experienced bad weather that delayed the project but when they started they finished in a professional manner. I would use them again.

gave York Installations, Joe our deposit November 1st was told it would be done close to Nov.10th, only about 25% done so far. Living in a muddy mess. Fired him. He was un-licensed.Do not deal with this company or person.
