We built our home 8 years ago and the craftsmanship of the railings have been great. They have held up very well over the years but there is one stand alone post at the top of our stairs that divides the hallway and the bonus room that became quite loose over the years with continued use. I am impressed that with a phone call and a few emails to show the problem they sent out a service tech to correct the issue without question within a week. The tech did an even better job than expected by not having to drill into the post to better secure it and he cleaned up after as well. Very impressed with their after service and workmanship.

I came across Problem Solved at the Home and Design show. They were friendly and approachable which means a lot to me as I run my own business as well. Turns out I have an oversized 60 gallon tank so the price changed but was still very reasonable. Brody showed up to install, on time, was efficient and left my home clean, he gave me an run through on maintenance and took my old tank away. While he was at my home I got some advice and a price on an instant hot water dispenser for my kitchen sink, I'll be scheduling this with Problem Solved as well. Thanks guys.

This is my third Phantom screen, I'm a big fan of their products because I hate looking through my windows and having a solid screen. So I have had 2 of my windows done previously, and this time I had one added to my sliding door. I've also had the same installer twice, he's efficient, friendly and knows what he's doing. I already recommend them all the time and will continue to.

Very happy with these guys, my emails are answered promptly and the owner Zarak has been pleasant and professional. I had Spring clean up done and continued with bi-weekly maintenance, they show up, work hard, clean up and go. Our lives have become so busy and I prefer to have our family spend quality time in the little summer we do have, having a reliable company to maintain our property and treat it as their own is as much as I could ask for. Highly recommended and we will be long time customers.

We are very happy to have found Christian and Black Sheep Mattress Co. I did enough research to know that I didn't want to purchase a commercial mattress through the big box stores, Homestars was a helpful tool in giving us the confidence to contact Christian and then meeting him just solidified this for us. We have now had our King mattress and new pillows for just over a week, the first few days were an adjustment but both my husband and I are sleeping so comfortably and best of all no pain! With the use of an organic cover and high quality materials my husbands allergies are not as apparent either. Thank you Christian! We will be returning customers for my sons mattress in the Spring.
