Hired to install our hardwood flooring, John seemed knowledgeable and reasonable. His estimate was in the middle, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. He kept to his word about installation time (2 days for three rooms) and kept most of the mess outside. The floor looked great at first and we thanked him. After a few days and closer inspection we noticed many flaws in workmanship. Gaps were huge between some pieces, almost a quarter inch in a couple of places. There were many places that were nicked or split. It was a disappointment that must be covered by rugs since this was a no receipt install. You get what you pay for. Be warned.
