Horrible customer service. The couch fell apart after 2 weeks and they tried to say we broke it. Then they said they'd fix it at their cost but would not even consider replacing it or giving the money back. They do not stand behind their products and will never refund you. We've had no couch now for over 1 month with zero contact from the store. Do NOT shop here!
