Mohammad was amazing from the beginning. As an owner living abroad he made the process really easy to work out. He was incredibly accommodating to my requests, gave me options and opinions on everything from colour, materials, style, etc and his communication was excellent the whole way through. The blinds look beautiful, my tenant is happy and if I ever needed blinds installed again I would not hesitate to contact him. I wish I could give him ten stars for how smooth the entire project was beginning to end, thank you Mohammad for your excellent work!

I thought it would be a good idea to save some money and be a do-it-yourself-er but ended up with water spilled all over my bathroom floor and everytime I tried flushing the toilet on New Years Eve when I tried changing the fill valve. After I called a few different companies and received some quite varyed rates (all without actually looking at the problem itself) I called Sychem and the plumber gave me a call price that was the lowest of them all and actually came and looked and explained the problem to me without assuming what it was over the phone. He fixed it and replaced the faulty parts and it's been great ever since, highly recommend them!

My furnace broke down during one of the coldest weeks we've had so far. I called a number of different companies and had two consultations and each was saying that the entire unit had to be replaced costing upwards of $3000. After a recommendation for Sychem Inc I had a technician come over almost immediately and they were able to repair the unit and get the heat working again for under $200 which was a huge saving. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of this company, the quality of their work and the fact that they look out for their customer's best interest and not only the bottomline.
