I was hoping that I would have less dust after Capps did the job, but the next day I still have the same amount of dust I had before; for 290 dollars I expected a decent job. Would I recommend Capps - NO

While at your home on Nov 11, 2013. Your previous concerns about dust were heard and it was explained to you that although you were getting the ducts and furnace cleaned in your home, that dust is a common thing that everyone has and will experience from time to time. As humans we do shead skin cells and having a dog in your home will increase the need for dusting.
On December 2, 2013. we did stop by to inspect all Ducting/ Blower Section . Our conclusion to our inspection showed that the Duct work had been cleaned properly and the dust coming in the home is not from the Duct Work. Sincerely, Robert Cappellina (Owner of Capps Duct Cleaning Service Inc.)
