Tim was quick to start, and removed a racoon family from under the porch roof. After the adult raccoons safely left through the one-way door, Tim came to inspect for babies, and removed the whole litter. He also reinforced the edges and vents, and fixed all the shingles that the raccoons ripped off. Tim had to come over several times, and never tried to gauge the price up. Very good job, very safe for the animals, very reliable estimates.

Extremely efficient and accurate. Arrived on same morning I called and fixed my leaky roof. No problems so far after a couple of month. They also made a free roof inspection and gave an advice for its future maintenance. Splendid service!

These guys did a small job for me: they pulled out the old chimney liner, installed a new one, and also repaired the masonry a bit around the chimney pipe on the roof and in the basement. They were efficient, the wait time was about 3 days (also because of my schedule, which they accommodated at their best). I think that their price to quality ratio must be the very satisfactory!

Except for a couple of mischiefs during the job, the service was good. Whatever problems happened (a damaged appliance, need to re-do some parts of the job) were solved (see the company response): I would attribute all these to the fault of particular employee. Stan was helpful to come on his own and fix everything.

Firstly, under no circumstances have we, or would we, ever deny our customers of our 10 year warranty. We made efforts to contact you in order to come repair your wire, however, at times, scheduling is difficult and we can run into conflict around that. I understood that my electricians made efforts to contact you to schedule a time with you, but were not successful.

Secondly, the dryer lid was replaced, and it was replaced when it was damaged, there was no discussion around replacing the entire dryer. We replaced the cover of your dryer promptly because it was damaged, not because you stated above that you threatened replacement of the entire dryer.

We guarantee our work, and as I mentioned, we would never deny our valued customers of that. Please contact me directly to schedule a time that we can come to your home and repair your wire.

When I fist called Gabriel, the manager of Eco-Choise, he arrived for a quote in a couple of days. He gave a precise quote for 3 Rehau tilt-and-turn windows, very classy Europe-style, energy efficient windows, easy to clean, very nice in use and pretty-looking. After about a month of wait until the windows have been produced, we've got them in our house. Nothing else to say, the windows are amazing! The house is an old Victorian one, so the installation took quite a bit of work and was perfectly done by the Eco-Choice crew. They did everything as good as possible, in an accurate manner, then collected all the garbage. New casings were installed with a necessary amount of insulation, some finishing work was done where needed. All in all, we are very-very-very satisfied with the window and work quality.

The Tip Top Trough team completely renovated my rainwater disposal system by installing new, better eavestroughs. Changing the whole system took them just 2 hours. New eavestroughs are perfect and discharge water far from the house (the point that all my neighbours are missing ...). Any dirt/old system pipes/etc were cleaned by the team on departure. Very good, excellent work!
