Extremely satisifed of the outcome of my new flooring done by Pro Floor Contractors from beginning to end. Andre came for a site visit to provide an estimate and talked with me while going through my condo to advise what could/would be done and provided me options of where I could save in terms of cost. A lot work of work was involved, with the removal of tiles, carpet, and existing laminate flooring. He provided an itemized sheet detailing the cost of the work involved and material to be purchased. Andre was very communicative responding promptly to inquiries and provided daily updates of the work to be done and what was done at the of the day. When I expressed hesitation about one of the boards to be used in one of the smaller rooms, Andre provided another option which I was happy with. The quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend Modern Appliance and would not hesitate to use them again. I contacted the company to have my dryer and dishwasher repaired. Peter was honest and said that although he could repair my dryer, which was already old, I could possibly incur more expenses over time if the other parts wore down/broke, given it's age. Subsequently, he recommended that it would probably be more economical to purchase a new dryer. The dishwasher was repaired without any issues and at a very reasonable rate. Peter came around the time he said he would, was friendly and gave helpful advice.
