Remove old shingles, repair roof, install new shingles
After completing a job for our next door neighbour, we had Yuriy look at our roof and provide an estimate. He was up front and let us know the job could wait for the spring (income tax refund time!) and his price was 20% less than another group (who only quoted "roughly" over the phone.
