Richard at Milton is great to work with. He came out to measure and had some really usefull suggestions that I incorporated into the work. Kevin and his crew of five did the installation and worked very efficiently. Kevin included some really nice features at the joins that would not have occurred to me for which I am really grateful. Great work all around everyone.

Ran into Brad by accident and was initially impressed. He talks the talk. Seemed to have a lot of experience and maybe does. When I look at our experience, he actually did very little and sub'd out most of the project. The part he did, we have had to re-do. He installed a pre-fabricated vanity/sink and we had leaks. A properly licenced plumber pointed out that he trap had been installed incorrectly and was draining above the level of the outlet. This seemed to me to be pretty fundamental. The toilet in the same bathroom leaks and we have to get that fixed also. I certainly wouldn't ask Brad to return. He has already been back once. Brad didn't pay much attention to details and my wife complained about nail holes that weren't fixed properly, something pointed out by a painter we hired.
