When we started thinking about getting a pool installed, we were complete novices! We had no idea about different types, sizes, costs, pros-cons, reputations of companies etc. After shopping around for about 12 months, we were surprised by the lack of interest in our business from several pool companies. They seemed arrogant and almost dismissive of what we wanted. When we spoke to John at Nature Bound, that all changed. John was very responsive, coming out to see us immediately, he measured up, gave us very honest advice regarding pool types, cost and what would or wouldn't work for our space. He gave us great options and thorough info at every step of the way. This honest approach was essential to our decision to move forward with Nature Bound. When construction started, Tim and Pat were on site daily, gave us regular updates on progress and again, they were honest if there were any 'bumps in the road'. The fiberglass pool installation went very well and our pool was in place quickly. Their partners who deal with the concrete pour were on site soon after to complete installation of the pool deck. Joey was on site soon after to install our equipment and hey-presto! we had a fully installed, functional pool. We are so pleased with the end result and cannot wait for the spring to come so we can enjoy the pool next season and for many years to come. PLEASE NOTE: When you enter into a contract with a reputable firm like Nature Bound, they will give you something called a payment schedule. This outlines what you must pay at certain milestones during the project. Before you sign your contract, take note of the payment schedule. It is advisable to make sure you have the funds available to keep to your end of a contract and pay these guys for the hard work they do. If you can't, DON'T GET A POOL and certainly don't expect to keep equipment you haven't paid for! Keep up the great work Nature Bound! You'll get our recommendation for sure!

Our AC Unit was installed in spring 2015. One year later we have had ongoing issues with the unit for about 3 weeks. Despite some frustrations in getting the unit repaired, with multiple visits from Comfortmasters' techs, they stayed committed to fixing the unit and have eventually got Lennox to commit to replacing the entire unit. I wish this could have been sorted out sooner but credit where it is due - the Comfortmasters team stayed true to their word.

Yet again, Aaron and his team have gone above & beyond! We hired Fresco for the continuation of our flooring renovation and they exceeded expectations again. These guys are the most flexible contractors I've ever worked with, providing solutions if there are any issues. This was a short-notice, smaller project but they still gave 100% and got the job done to a very high standard. Don't bother shopping around, just call Fresco!

Very simple, totally efficient and surprisingly cost-effective! The dumpster was easy to book, BTDT were very clear regarding costs and expected arrival of the dumpster. It arrived on time, with careful placement on our driveway. We did our work, filled the dumpster over a few days, called up and within 30 seconds had arranged for it to be picked up the next day. I would definitely recommend BTDT to friends and neighbours - in fact, I already have!

From start to finish, the service and quality of product from Aaron and his team at Fresco, has been outstanding. We shopped around for some time and found that many of the professionals out there were only interested in making a quick buck and were not really interested in helping to advise us on our options. Aaron took a great deal of time to talk about our options and even came across to our house to look at the area we needed covering and discuss quotes. Once we decided to go with Fresco, Aaron kept in regular touch to make sure his team were ready to start the project. He hired some exceptional fitters who took a great deal of care in dealing with some fairly tricky parts of the installation. The end product is fantastic, a complete transformation of our main floor. I cannot speak highly enough of Aaron and his team. Their work has been worth every Penny and I am sure his business will go from strength to strength.
