I am extremely happy with the follow-up warranty service I received from this company. I had a problem with my furnace, and to my surprise they came the same day. It turned out to the a controller board, the service person went immediately to pick up the part from the manufacturer and came back to complete the repair the same day (for free under warranty). I was really amazed because I was not used to that with the previous service company.
