Nick is an exceptionally professional and honest individual. He is incredibly knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning systems. I first had him service our old air conditioner a few years ago. He impressed me with his understanding of the product, but even more so with the time he took to carefully explain the entire process and steps I needed to follow to maintain it. When my furnace gave me trouble this winter, he walked me through a fix over the phone and later arrived and rectified the problem properly. Given his impeccable service and support, it is no wonder he has been in the industry over 20 years. I most recently had him install my new A/C unit that I purchased from him. Again, he provided first-rate service and support going above and beyond my expectations. Nick even returned a couple of weeks after his installation to fine-tune adjustments on the unit and make sure we were happy with it. We are thrilled with it and his professionalism.
