I inquired with three separate companies for siding install and all were well within the same price; however, Gerry's Roofing was able to accommodate my timing requests for install (within six weeks) and, although we had some delays due to weather, the project went without a hitch. They even corrected some minor roof issues while installing the siding, and left the job site clean. Happy to have chosen and will be working with them again on additional roof work.

I found M3 (Mike) on Homestars and reached out to him for quote and install of shutters for our house (3 large windows). Mike contacted me quickly, asked for some rough measurements, and gave me a ballpark cost for budget, which was great. Mike then came out (to Burlington!) and brought samples and finalized measurements. Within two weeks, Mike was back for install which went perfectly, despite a few obstacles. Highly recommend M3 and Mike!

A Plus replaced my 30 year old (!) AC unit with a Trane in the spring and I was very impressed with both the pre-sales and service team. During install, the team had a challenge, and I dropped a quick call into my rep who reassured me that as was well and there'd be no additional costs. During post-inspection, the team recommended a few changes from install, and even went ahead and swapped out a few fuses in my panel (that the previous owner had incorrectly installed). Above and beyond expectations. I wish all contractors were as quality focused.

Very pleased with the services received. They arrived on time, were very thorough in the inspection and cleaning, and gave me sound advice for ensuring the life of our chimney (including flashing adjustments needed on the roof). Will gladly hire again.

Extremely satisfied with my recent spray insulation in the garage. The team arrived on time, were very professional and thorough, and left the work area spotless. I believe they went above and beyond what was originally scoped! I wish I had used them for previous jobs.
