We had a combination of stairs rail + handrail installed by Elite Rail Construction Inc. on April 03, 2022. This has made it easier and safer for us to get out and in from the patio door. We moved to our new residence. With so many alarm systems in the market, it was difficult for us to decide. Many of the brands are not heard of. We decided on Alarm Force. The technician came, installed the components, was polite and tidy work.

I had a drain blocked. Roto Rooter serviced well. Their staff were polite and professional. More importantly, the place was clean. They respected my home. For future plumbing needs, I will call Roto Rooter.

The fire place had lot of problems. There was a recall on the gas valve. It took many phone calls for a service person to fix. I had to call the Vancouver office for help.
