Accurate Stairs and Railings provided a clear estimate & contract with well-defined work & cost breakdown, including the relevant specifications as needed; our selections and changes were well-managed and recorded in the contract versions. This project was a custom oak hardwood installation involving 4 sets of stairs spanning 3 levels plus 3 landing, including the removal and disposal of existing carpeting, and the area prep for the install. It was performed very well and we are extremely pleased with the outcome and the detailing. Installers Frank & Gordon were courteous and very professional. They worked very efficiently, and were quite reliable in their daily arrival & departure. They both worked very hard each day to get the best possible results while keeping the dust and debris to a minimum. They always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day to allow us to continue living in our home. We selected Accurate Stairs and Railings based on the quality of their estimate and site visit discussions from amongst 5 providers, and were very happy we selected them for this project.
