I can see why these guys are so well know in the GVRD - A 1 stop shop for having a replaced. Other companies will quote you a price for the roof, but you have to 1 -clean up 2 - take away the old tiles 3 - provide a bin for disposal. All of these things will add to the quoted price. Penfolds came in and had a new roof on in 2 days! Mess cleaned up, plants taken care of and now our home is leak free. Well worth it!

When I couldn't solve the problem of my backed up drains, I started looking for a professional. A websearch came up with many, but as it was 5:00 most had 'after hours' rates. Roto-rooter's day rate extends until 7:00, and the quoted price was reasonable. A service van arrived about an hour after the call (even though they said 15 minutes) The tech was polite, helpful and all around nice. He assessed the situation, telling me the service would be lower than the quote given on the phone! I directed him to the downstairs sink, and he added a drain, brought in the rooter and solved the problem in about 15 minutes. Well worth the $200 - Other's wanted $170 to start and might not have fixed the problem in such a short time. I recommend Roto Rooter if you have water backed up in your house. Done right and quick!

I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a hot water tank soon and will definitely give them a call again!

When shopping for our current house, we used RTR to inspect not one, but 2 houses. That's how much we appreciated their service. House 1 was a bust, they were honest and saved us from a bad investment. Even when my wife wanted to discuss the renovations needed to make the house livable, they took the time to advise her (the next day and they were not being paid for this time). When they inspected house #2, they were through, efficient and again, helpful with calls after the inspection. I would recommend and use them again for our next purchase.

After searching online for a fitted cover for my RCF ART 705-AS and only coming up with $100 + shipping options, I thought to get in touch with a Canadian company. I had used them in the past and was happy then - I'm more than happy now. For a more than reasonable price, they manufactured and shipped to my door a 'made to measure' cuver for my speaker. It is very well made, and the turn around time was far less than quoted. I would happily recommend them and I'll be back next time I need another cover!
