I purchased a furnace in December of 2014. The installers were clean and professional and did a good job. I did have an issue with the billing but that was eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

Hired them for windows/doors/garage doors. Price was reasonable and they did a good job on the installation. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. However, the post install service can be improved. A couple of things arrived with missing/defective pieces, or were not what I ordered (an understandable issue given the size of the project). The problem is that I have been waiting for 6 weeks for them to come back to correct these problems. I have been assured that the items/parts are on order, but given the minor nature of the outstanding items I find 6 weeks a little excessive. Especially since I paid in full on the date of the install. If the outstanding issues had been corrected in a timely manner I would have given them a 10. Invoice # 95970
