I had a nightmare experience with RK. I called, received a confirmed cost and booked the movers. On the day of delivery, the movers failed to show. I tried contacting the company repeatedly via telephone, email and text message to no avail. I finally got through 5 hours after the movers were supposed to arrive. No apology was offered nor was a discount given. In fact, quite the contrary occurred. When the movers arrived, the invoice was higher than originally agreed upon amount. It took a long conversation with David to rectify the problem. The customer service over the phone was abhorrent. Shocking. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Their rates are good but not when you factor in the poor and rude service. One saving grace: the actual movers were exceptional. Very friendly and polite. Too bad they work for such a poorly managed company.
