air conditioner purchase & furnace repair
Two dealing with A1 - first was an air conditioner purchase. Truly a sour experience. Was new to air conditioners and the salesperson just went super aggressive on me. Ended up getting a unit that was too big and makes my house look stupid. My fault for not doing my own research but the disparity is so noticeable that the salesguy whould have said...no, this isn't for you. Or better yet...don't recommend it!! Second dealing was to fix my furnace. I didn't want to use them, but it was an emergency. Turns out, they came pretty quick and the service was fanastic. Cost was about the same as everyone else. I guess in the service industry - its really hit or miss.
