Whole job a mess, put in wrong color grout, tiles not level, grout started falling out within 3 weeks, refused to fix. Had to go to court & hire someone else to remove and redo. Hired professional inspector who confirms in report. Unprofessional. Plus does not have license for Citrus County as they stated and have been fined. Beware, talks a great game but that's it. Also found out company has had several names and each has had claims filed against them.

- Unfortunately the attitudes of this company will not allow for improvement. Arrogance, false statements, poor workmanship are 3 problems that will not allow this firm to improve.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Contact the County in which your job is in and get a list of licensed professionals and do not take the words of a firm that state they have all the appropriate licenses, they have not complaints against etc........research their history FULLY before believing what they say.
