We had been looking for a rug for our family room. We purchased a beautiful couch but no rug to match. We were driving by this store on Dufferin and pulled over and went it. The person we dealt with was very good in showing us different samples, explaining and most importantly wasn't pushy. He allowed us to take the rug and try it and if we didn't like, money back no questions asked. This was unique and we accepted. It was a prefect match. Very good service and quality product.

The owner was very professional in dealing with us and worked with us to review the requirements. Worked was delivered on time on budget, minor changes were handled with care and professionalism.

Budget Blind representative was excellent with his knowledge and customer focus service. We had him over few times to house to review/change things around. His flexibility and patience was impressive. Highly recommended.

Vince was great to deal with, understood my requirements and completed the work to our satisfaction. Vince was called to help me with the cabinets in the kitchen. We expanded the work to have him put in shutters in the house.

Ok price but very poor customer service afterward. We needed parts on our new fridge. It took 3 months to arrange them to supply the parts. I had to go talk to the GM to get my parts delivered. Go to [removed competotors name. ed]
