Jason was knowledgeable and very helpful. He went out of his way to get the water heater out of town so we can move in to our new house in time. After installation, he noticed the noise level for power vented water heater is high. He knew right away it’s a defective unit. He contacted the manufacture and got the replacement parts right away. We have used Ross and his team twice now, a mold issue when we sold our old house and then the inspection of the new house which had rain water back up.
