A few years ago we decided to have new carpet installed in our living room and stairs. The (lone) installer did not arrive until after 4:00. The problem was the original guy hurt himself and this person came from Hamilton. He seemed to be very rushed but everything looked fine. We never did get the insurance but sure enough we ended up getting waves two years later. We called home depot with no luck, called the main office and then had some people come out.
