I've experienced Jacob's cleaning services for years now for both window cleaning and eavestrough cleaning. His experience shows with the end result. He is reliable, friendly and great to work with.

In my business I cross paths with customers that require an eavestrough replacement, or repairs that are too extensive for us to get involved in. Because I was happy with the results of The Tin Man's work, I feel 100% confident to refer them to customers that I do not want to jeopardize my relationship with. My reputation is far too important to risk referring work to someone that may do a bad job. If anyone is looking for eavestrough related work, feel confident that you will experience a job well done.

Get a phone call offering a service. I clearly state that a large patch requires seeding. They promise they will do as requested. Happened to be home when guy shows up. I ask him about seeding the problem area and he says he knows nothing about it. He's only spraying for weeds. Someone else will come for seeding. Week after week pass by...still nothing done. I call to enquire, Green Lawn says they will be there sooon. More weeks go by. I now decide to lay sod because temperature no longer suitable to try growing from seed. I call to cancel all services since it is no longer required. Days later seeding guy shows up when I am not home and leaves invoice for seeding. Call company to ask why guy shows up after I cancelled the service due to their tardiness and I will not pay for something that was no longer required. I am promised a manager will call within 48 hours. Still no call from manager. I keep getting invoices in the mail and make additional calls and again promised a manager will call. NOT ONCE HAS A MANAGER CALLED AND I AM STILL RECEIVING INVOICES. THIS COMPANY IS WASTING SO MUCH OF MY TIME. THEY DO NOT DO AS THEY SAY AND KEEP SENDING INVOICES!!! I don't know what to do to stop these guys! I suspect they are going to get collections involved to get money from me. Going to BBB next if I get one more invoice.
