The technicians that Enercare sends out are always excellent but this one was the best. He is very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and personable. He went above and beyond. For example he demonstrated the procedure to flush the furnace pipe and labelled everywhere to remind us what to do at the appropriate time of the year. He should be a mentor to new and inexperienced technicians.
My furnace was not working. Boris turned up the same day and installed my new furnace the same afternoon. Boris was great to work with and the installation was fast and very efficient and reliable. I recommend Cosy World very highly.

We had Raywal Kitchens design and renovate our kitchen in July 2013. Jenny Bayda was our senior design consultant. She was fabulous!!! We found her very easy going, knowledgeable and knew the industry. She was never over bearing or pushy and gave excellent advice and service. The installer was wonderful, a perfectionist and spent a long time making sure everything was just right. Any adjustments that had to be made were done quickly and perfectly. I would highly recommend Raywal Kitchen. They are efficient, organized and great to work with. Raywal's cabinets and drawers has made my kitchen absolutely beautiful. Thank you Raywal.
