My old hot water tank was installed almost 13 years ago by Joyce Heating. Despite a lack of any issues, I decided to be proactive and replace it. Again Mike was very professional and efficient. He explained the city regulations and licence clearly. We are 100% happy with this installation.

The technician, Slava, came by within the hour after making a telephone inquiry. He was clean cut, friendly, and very efficient in diagnosing the problem. He wrote up an estimate which I accepted, and then ordered the parts. He returned the next morning as promised, and replaced the necessary parts efficiently. He offered helpful advice, and I am more than pleased with this service. Highly recommended.

This service appointment was set up at my convenience, and Lorenzo showed up punctually on time. The servicing work was done efficiently. This was the first servicing work done in 4 years. Lorenzo explained clearly what he did, and the condition of the coils of both units. He offered advice as to a possible upgrade on the thermostat or to install a sensor - options to improve on the functioning of the heat exchanger/furnace at near freezing temperatures. I'm more than pleased with the initial installation, follow-up, and responses to any concerns. I have full confidence in Lorenzo's service, and am more than pleased with his advice, all at a very reasonable price.

First class service. Jason replied promptly to my inquiry, and always telephoned before arrival. After an inspection of this old house, he recommended using brushes before vacuuming. The work was performed efficiently, thorough, and on schedule. Jason was always courteous, friendly, and helpfully informative. After a through cleanup, he advised on safety, furnace filters, and general maintenance. I was very pleased with Jason, and will call on him again. My highest recommendation.
