I am quite late in posting this review as our service call was a while ago. However, definitely want to share that Avi absolutely awesome! Super friendly! Super professional and knowledgeable! He took a look at our fridge, which was not keeping consistent temperature, was able to determine the problem and returned with a part a couple days later and all has been well since. FYI my husband paid for the service so I am not sure of the correct amount. I just put a number in because it would not let me post without a number. We will be calling him for a washing machine issue with full confidence that he will be fair and will be able to help us! HIGHLY recommend!

BIG shout out for WHITBY LANDSCAPING. We bought a house in late fall 2021 and wanted to perk up the backyard, (add greenery etc).. we had the work done this Spring 2022, by WHITBY LANDSCAPING. The whole job literally only took a few days!....which we were thrilled with because weve heard nightmares about some companies milking the days for longer timeframes, thusly making the project more costly..... this crew worked very hard from the start of each day to the end, barely taking any breaks... so we made sure to supply them with some munchie lunch food (and lots of ice water), to show our appreciation. From day one, Dave was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! We called him on a Thursday for a preliminary phone-consult, and by Saturday he was in our backyard going over the plan.. THEN. by Wednesday, his fabulous crew were on-site and the project began! Heres the work we had done: - Dismantled and removed 2 large old rotting garden boxes on the pool deck area - Filled in the large dirt area on the pool deck, (where the garden boxes were), with patio stones to match the rest of the space.which were BEAUTIFULLY installed by Blain, which gave us another very spacious area for cots etc - Cleared giant wild grass perennials that were taking over the yard - Widened path to pool equipment area, and installed lovely flagstone, along with a border of large river stones (thank you Brian et-al) - Planted at least 25 Cedars total, of varying size, see pics (we had already bought a few, and they supplied the rest.and they planted ALL of them) Dave, Brian, Blain, Steve, Tyler (ahhh sorry, forgot the other names that came on different days), the whole crew were super open to any slight position changes for the trees etc, they also had some great suggestions and ideas to tweek things as well. They were a friendly, pleasant, genuine group and were extremely reliable, as they showed up every single day when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We are sooooo happy with the result and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation, for the types of work mentioned above. Thanks so much guys!!! C & G

Just wanted to post a shout out for Andes Home Improvements. Meant to do this sooner, as we had the work done during the month of mid-Nov to mid-Dec 2021. Rob, Thomas, Jennifer and the whole crew were very lovely people to work with. They were a friendly, pleasant, genuine group, and were extremely reliable, as they showed up every single day when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, in order to leave us with as little mess to live in as possible, which we very much appreciated. They worked very hard from the start of each day to the end, barely taking any breaks, so we actually made sure to supply them with some munchie lunch food to show our appreciation. The work we had done. - small portions of non-load bearing walls taken out to open up the main floor - painted the entire house (upstairs and main floor) - removed popcorn ceilings in the entire house (upstairs and main floor) - laid wide plank laminate flooring on the entire main floor of the house (ontop of the old existing mutli-colored wood flooring) - ripped up carpeting on staircase, and refinished and painted the stairs, wood spindles and railing - ripped up carpeting on landing and refinished with paint and a nice edging around for a finished look - reinforced 2 load bearing columns and but a nice square pillar casing around them - put pebble river rock on the fireplace wall and around the frame - extended the mantle piece on the fireplace and painted it This was our first renovation that we have ever done, and we feel very lucky that we found Andes, as they make it very painless throughout the month of work. We would certainly recommend them without hesitation, for the types of work mentioned above.

Bought 2 PAX, 3 large double BESTAS, 2 single row EXPIDITES and one LAX shelf. Was reluctant to have anyone put it all together other than the IKEA people from the store, as a wall unit for around my fireplace and flatscreen, and going approx 13 feet up the wall in my loft. But after reading the reviews, and reading all the great feedback, I thought I'd give them a call. Was Thursday leading up to the Thanksgiving weekend....I had the painters already coming on the Friday and thought was a long-shot but inquired about the soonest someone could come....Ivan's answer...."John will be there on Saturday around 2pm, will take about 4-ish hours".....fast forward to Saturday at 6:30pm....the whole wall unit was up and GORGEOUS, and the packing was completely, neatly packaged back up and ready to be thrown out and you'd never even know that anyone one was there.....except for my beautiful new cabinets!! John was so friendly, super fast, so skilled, I swear he could do it blindfolded....I simply showed him where all the boxed pieces were, and showed him a power point slide that I'd put together and he just DID IT!! JUST HIM!! hehe These guys are truly a couple of class acts....they absolutely deliver what they promise and I would be thrilled to refer them to ANYONE!! Thank you guys!....you're permanently in my contact list and my sister will be calling soon to have you put together her new condo pieces when she moves in!! MY HEROS!! C =)
