Our fireplace is 4 years old and we recently had a problem with the remote. Our warranty was already expired and theoretically Roger could just have referred us to the service agent to solve the problem (which would mean we had to pay for a call-out). Roger did all they could to help identify the problem and our system is up and running at no extra cost. Really great to know that they support their customers even years after a sale took place.
