Tony and his crew were exceptional. Needed the gardens in the back yard upgraded with digging out old plantings and get them ready for new plantings plus getting the rest of the yard ready for sodding. They did an excellent job. We also needed repairs done on our deck including sanding, staining, power washing and repair to our privacy fence. The deck looks like new. You could tell they took pride in their work. No problem referring them or using them again myself.

Doing a basement Reno and needed to get the furniture out to the garage. Movers showed up on time and completed the move on time. Also had to get a sofa to an upholsterer and this was also done by Two Men and a Truck with absolutely no issues. Will definitely use them again to move the furniture back.

Have been using Stonehouse for approximately 3 years now and thought I should send in another review. Andrew has done a fantastic job every year and I would most definitely recommend him. He and Alex are very professional and considerate and always arrive on time and do a thorough job. Even our neighbours have commented on their work.

Very pleased with the work Andrew provided. Andrew is very personable and reliable. We live on a reverse ravine with a very steep hill and need the leaves and branches cleaned up every Fall/Spring. This is the first time I have used Stonehouse and will definitely be using them on a regular basis. Thanks Andrew.

Called to explain that the key had broken in the lock and we were unable to open the door to the cabana. Dimitri answered and said he would be here within the hour. He arrived, removed the old lock and installed a new one. Very professional and personable. Would not hesitate to recommend their services and will most definitely call them again if the need arises. This review is a little late but better late than never. After major work in the basement with dirt, dust and traffic, our carpet was in desperate need of a good clean. This company was highly recommended by the company who came in and stretched our carpet back in place. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended.

I'm a little late in submitting my review but not because of disappointment. After some major work in the basement where the carpet had to be lifted, I called Victorious Carpet and Mark was very helpful. Most if not all our meetings were done over the internet with pictures and measurements. I was mostly concerned with having the seams joined. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I had a dead Maple in the front yard which needed to come down. I called Matt and he came the same day with an estimate. When I asked when he could remove the tree he came the next day. They were efficient, safety conscious and took care not to damage my plants. Would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. Thanks for a job well done, Matt.

I had two leaks which I found I could not do myself. As I use HomeStars whenever I need help and have never been disappointed, I searched and found this company and, again was not disappointed. Steve came over within a couple of hours of my initial phone call and told me what had to be done and what parts were needed (some parts had lifetime warranty). I ordered the parts and Steve came over when they arrived and fixed both taps. He was very professional, knows his stuff, did not leave a mess and his price is very reasonable. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We live in a 60 year old house with the original manual garage door pulley system. The other day one of the wires came off one of the pulleys, I called Morningstar and Danny came out the next day. Of course, I expected I would be told the system is too old, can't get parts and I would have to invest In a new door. None of that happened, Danny repaired the door and it works perfectly. Will most definitely use his company when the time comes to replace this door.

I arrived at our place in NOTL 2 days before Christmas to find there was no heat or hot water. I called Yap Heating and Michael came out that evening to check out the furnace and hot water tank. Of course our furnace was gone (it was 24 years old), which we knew was going to happen, just didn't want it to happen at Christmas. Michael started searching for a furnace that would fit into our present configuration and called the next day to say he found one (our present configuration meaning working with the venting and holes already present in the house without having to do major construction). Michael showed up on Christmas Eve at 8:30 am and worked non-stop until 8:30 that evening making sure we had heat and hot water. We cannot say enough about Michael's professionalism and work ethic. We believe his pricing to be very reasonable and we would have absolutely no trouble recommending his services.

As of November, 2011,East York residents were required to disconnect their downspouts . I called 4 companies listed on your website and, although Tip Top was not the cheapest, I feel I got what I paid for. Pierce was very professional and I felt very comfortable talking with him and felt that I would get the service quoted on the estimate , and I was not disappointed. I would have no trouble recommending them.

Had an ice dam on roof which leaked into living room. Spoke to Michael who explained the process, the cost and the approximate time his workers would arrive (and they arrived as stated). Shane and Adam were wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed my problem and I have since met with Steve who explained everything in detail and what needs to be done to solve our problem. I would have no problem recommending them to others.
