Dishonest, lazy, baby, crook are just a few words that sum up the owner of New Castle Builders... Sommers Gutter Company or whatever name he's going by today. Promised things he couldn't deliver. He was a chump throughout the whole process. Everyone who has built with this moron is now having trouble because Shayne elected to take their money and go out of business in lieu of fixing the house problems. He even screwed the subcontractors by not paying them. Now all our homes have liens on them because Shayne took the bank's money and pocketed it instead of paying the subs. Real classy guy. Loser. Stay away from this clown. He certainly can sell (that's how he suckered all of us) but isn't smart enough to do anything else. Walk/drive through Ballantrae and ask who built with him.
