As new owner of an old home in this area I became concerned about the condition of the foundation walls and their ability to prevent water entering and damaging the basement interior walls. On somebody's strong recommendation I called RCC Waterproofing who gave me a price indication for parging. With surprising speed the company's owner, Tony Romanelli, appeared personally. He walked me through the potential project. After a thorough and helpful 'lesson' in parging he decided, surprisingly, that no work was necessary at this time. His firm would be glad to go ahead, but in doing so he would not be looking after my interest, only his own. He promised to help me keep an eye on any deterioration in the foundation and make a later decision regarding the need for parging. - It is important for me to put this experience on record. Speed, courtesy, accuracy and honesty are rare qualities; but RCC Waterproofing have them.
