These guys are awesome. They are professional, friendly, take the time answer questions and do not try to up-sell you. These guys are the real professional locksmiths and I would buy from their store or use their services again.
Beware of dealing with this company. This company advertises high security locks on their website. On the website it states that certain locks are UL listed and of Grade 1 quality (best quality lock). The products are not UL listed there is no evidence that the standards for a Grade 1 quality lock are met. I bought this lock from a local mobile locksmith last year who also told me it was high security. I needed keys for my lock and ordered them from this company before I knew the locks were not high security. After further research and through speaking with 2 locksmiths I found out that these locks are not high security. Thinking I had high security locks put me in a vulnerable position and at risk of a break in. I would have never bought this lock from the locksmith or ordered keys from this company had I known that the locks were not high security. This is deplorable considering that on the website the company states "We will lend our experience and expertise to each and every citizen, helping everyone achieve their goal by providing the best high security product".
When I needed my locks changed, this company sold me a lock which they claimed was "high security". After it was installed and needed the lock serviced, I spoke to 3 independent licensed locksmiths who told me that they type of lock purchased was not high security and not worth the price I paid for it. Edit. The company has how removed its claim that the locks are UL listed but still makes claims it is a Grade 1 lock.
